Ever since Zbrush added the dynamic option to brushes, I've noticed that the 1000 max brush size is completely dependent upon the size of your model, which is great... unless your 1000 max cap turns out to be the size of your characters fingernail. Tt tends to happen when I follow these steps: 1. Blockout with dynamesh…
So, I'm finalizing the proportions of the scene I'm working on in Max before moving on to the optimization stage, and for some time I was fighting with Max's grid snapping. I had originally set my grid spacing to 16 units (or so I thought), with Major Lines set to 8. It was only after struggling to force Max to behave that…
I have Toolbag 3 and would like to make my scene file rotate the model, not the camera itself. It would help in cases where you would like to have a nice front-lit scene that nicely lights the model as you rotate it. I've looked all over and couldn't find any documentation on it and I can't find any settings on my own.
Hi sorry for me newbie question , its my first steps in the world of rendering and I was wondering if I can do an hdri custom . I've created a scene bundle and all textures are collected into the Assets>Textures folder, however any textures that were originally brought into the scene via Bridge do not make it into the new directory. I thought maybe because they are on a different drive, but in fact all the textures are originally coming from the…
yeah that rock texture is REALLY ruining your scene, it's making it seem really amateurish and distracting. While caves are naturally VERY noisy, its very difficult to get that through on a low res screenshot, and even then, high detail noise is often a bad idea. I think you are REALLY missing out here on making a story…
Hi folks! I am looking for somebody to help me create many (probably hundreds) of renders. I have a collection of many STL miniature files my company has created, and an existing Blender scene and material setup for the render. The job consists of importing and resizing the STL files to fit in the scene, assign the…
Well for my texturing II class we are to make a exterior scene and have it be texture heavy. I choose to do the Raccoon City streets from RE 2, just seems like a really chaotic space to run through and setup nice shots for my final. I will be porting it into the UDK and setting up final shots and maybe a fly through. This…
