Yeah. Maybe not a huge difference between gen4/gen3, at least in real-world perception. (But a huge one from my current 7200rpm hdd) Thanks, mate! And I'll most likely opt for the DRam cache. Perusing reddit a bit, they seem to suggest them as higher end drives (according to their ssd tier list).
