Watch out for some proportions on the feet. they look rather on the big side compared to your ref. The back of the foot should be at least half as wide and it doesn't taper as much. For the indentations I'd say if you've gone this far with just subd modeling, just model them. It'll be good practice and you can always get… -

Baking hp to lp well model
