I downloaded this to deal with a bad blendshape target: http://olygraph.com/2013/maya-how-to-transfer-vertex-order/ Unfortunately, after I installed and activated this plugin there doesn't seem to be any menu or context option to bring up a GUI. What am I missing here?

Alright so I use Maya 6.0, and use the transfer surface information plugin...and it was working fine up until I tried it tonight...now when I try to normal map, it outputs image files that are just grey! Anyone know what may cause this?
I'm trying to import a car (made in Max) to Maya but I always end up with a triangulated mesh. I've tried -FBX with triangulation unchecked - still triangulated. -3ds -obj I hear some people say it can't be done. Can it be done? Is there a format that can do it?

I'm running into a bug in Maya 2016 ext 1 SP6. It seems that objects with ShaderFX materials stop accepting spotlights when they move beyond 5000 units from the origin. Has anyone else encountered this? Do you have a suggested workaround?
