hey guys, just wondering if anybody had recently worked on an RTS and what the ballpark poly and texture limits were for individual buildings and prop objects. only curious to go about making some faux rts bldgs and props in spare time. thanks
created the floorboard texture and here is an update with the current status of the room, got a decent atmosphere going. got the curtains and the rest of the wall props in (curtains, fireplace, door) then the rest of the props to fill in the room
Cool props :) love the canister :) ... its possible that the images are being downgraded for browser performance? something we cant help maybe. Would you mind uploading the spec and diffuse maps for these props for me to look at?
Started on the highpoly of the Jack Pallet thingy, learning quite alot about the highpoly workflow even if It's on a basic level. Props to the gentlemen who suggested I do one as a prop, It'll add great composition.
Snow time! :) No new props, just changed the textures quickly to see if I'm able to change the atmosphere of the level easily. Will build some special props for this theme, like pile of snow balls, icicles and so.

Hey all - I have a 13HD Touch that has seen very little use (approx 5 hours) that I bought when my Mom was recovering from surgery, and I worked remotely, in order to stay with her for a few weeks. Well, I clearly didn't get much work done, hence the near new tablet that currently sits boxed and on a shelf. $725 $675…

Love the presentation of the props you've got going here. I feel like the door code lock polys could be more optimized for what it is. I imagine it would be quite a small prop in a game.
Great to start at the first page of this thread and watch 1 prop turn into 2 props, then 3, 4 and then before you know it there is a full scene. Nice work mate, looking forward to seeing more of this!
