Lately I've been struggling a lot lately in making any unique/interesting designs or concepts. I have lots of reference art but I feel like it's only holding me back in terms of creativity, because I lean on it like a crutch and can't imagine anything I can't see in the form of reference art. Is it just me or does it seem like we are getting closer to automated art creation? This seems like a really amazing tool and i applaud it, but this seems like more of a crutch than a tool? (I realize I may be opening a flood gate of hate by saying that.) I'm definitely interested in what people thing about the tool. -

Silly sod :) I had the Slate 7 for about 8 months, and it is a lovely piece of kit (I found Autodesk Sketchbook Pro fantastic to use on it and became my preference for sketching over Photoshop) however I just never used it anywhere near as much as my PC so I sold it to a mate at work. -

Yes indeed, parallel competition are not realy healthy for friendly environment. (for the first one its ok, because we know the reason.
