Hi guys Anyone run in to this problem where importing an Maya created FBX in to Max turns up invisible once imported? It renders fine, but just doesnt show up in the viewports. triangle counts, materials, all contents of the file is there, but its just invisible in the viewport. Hello everyone every 5 minutes or so while 3D Modelling it freezes then my monitor glitches out and then it goes back but 3DS Max has stopped responding or crashed then i have to go to auto back to get my save. Any idea why this is happening. And yes i have SP1 Installed for 3DS Max 2010.

Seems a lot of technical talk threads are bleeding over into general ;') 3ds max in general has broken normal map system, IE it may just be a display bug. Load it into another engine and see how it fares.
