A bit of a newbie here. I intend this to be a sci-fi entry with my particular beast having problems dealing with an unexpected change in his existence Updates will come, but I hope to use this competition as a learning experience to improve my skills
My take on the Beast will be a Mechanical Engineer. I will be combining elements of different animals as well as mechanical parts. References and Concepts coming soon.
Why do when I bake something with Beast, my whole specularity and nmap is gone? Looks like it's flattening it out. It only shows back when I add an extra light. Is there a way to setup a light to be "specular trigger" only? Thanks

My concept is to create symbiotic creature. A bloated, monstrous beast supported by multiple detachable feet crawlers.. These smaller critters latch to the giant mother creature for protection. ingest her secretions as nutrients. In return, provides transport and insulation against the rugged ground.
