I have been trying to put together a render in Unreal for a prop I have made in the past but I can't quite get the glass to look as good as it did in Marmoset. This is my first go with Unreal Engine 4 so I'm open for any tips folks can provide! In Unreal: In Marmoset: Material Information:
Hi,I have created a modular project for Unreal Engine 4. I'm just learning to use Unreal engine 4. I export it in the unreal engine to test the models. But I saw some wavy and broken shading on the surfaces of the models. What should I do to fix these errors? Thanks in advance. images:
wacoms do not appear to be very friendly with unreal ed does anyone use a digital tablet with unreal and if so, what setup and settings are you using to enable you to do so? i heard "mouse mode" rather than "pen mode" may work, so i'll try that when i get a moment
I am trying to select a brush and it won't let me...how come? Another thing is when I pick a Texture package....and I see all the textures and try to select one, it selects a diffrent texture below the one I click...what the hell is going on? This UnrealED is the one that came with Unreal 2k4 Editors Edition by the way.
so are you going to bake normal maps or just use bevels and keep it slightly higher res. just curious really maybe just add/bake floaters on top of a mid res base? I supppose Unreal can handle a lot of polys these days, but still best to optimise stuff
