I got an asset (hp out of zbrush 3.8 million polys) and a lp with uv's. i usually bake a first test with 512x512 or 1kx1k and standart setups to look if i got any erros in my bake…
Those videos were very cool and really worth watching. I took a little break from the tileables and worked a little on some hand painted foliage to be used on planes. Our game is isometric so these should work perspective wise.
little bit further on the colors. Trying to maintain that Hand painted look mimicking a dry brush. so far so good :expressionless: Now just to push the top shell pieces a bit further then on to the scales... it's going to be tedious ha.
