Well thats Ivy Bridge-E, which is a sort of performance oriented version, and considering that Sandy Bridge-E (X79 Chipset) only launched around the beginning of this year it isn't too bad. Ivy Bridge for 1155 socket mobos launches April 29th, with some dual core versions launching in June.
I don't know of any way to do this automatically. Workaround: make sure the start and end points of the curves match up better than in your screenshot, then use ZModeler to bridge between the segments. Just keep radial symmetry activated to bridge all holes at once (Bridge -> Two Holes target).
One other thing to mention, if your bridge connects diagonally or spiraled (edge loops not connecting to the other side in the expected order) you can adjust the Bridge Offset value in the Channel Box/Attribute Editor to fix it. from what I can tell you aren't using the same road texture on the bridge and the roads. Is that right? If so you should change that. 80% of that bridge texture is waste.
I've played around with bridge to start tagging my stuff a little, it's interesting to do but not sure if necessary yet. Any recommended tips on using bridge for anyone that uses it now?
Since the last update everything exported from Bridge is displaying with a grey texture in Unreal. I'm using the latest editor build 4.20.1, I've tried reinstalling bridge/livelink and this is happening in new empty projects...
Inspired by Stalker 2 teaser, I decided to make fan art of the famous bridge from the first location of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. Blender for modeling and UV, UE4 for real time
