Polycounts most users ever online day?
Random question does anyone know what or why there were over 9000 (heh over 9000....) users on this particular date on Polycount? "Most users ever online was 9,079, 09-16-2009 at 01:18 PM." Right now there's about 350 users, significantly lower than the highest recorded. So I'm just curious if there was something special… -
I cant see normal maps in the 3ds Max Viewport

Pop some Crystal for my newborn Child...
New BABY! Ava Dennis Singh was born June 12 at 1:18 pm. She weighed in at a tiny 5lbs 3 ounces. She's tiny but strong. Autumn's doing great and things couldn't have gone smoother. Autumn still looking gorgeous after 5 hours of labor. This pic was taken just a few hours ago when I picked up my ladies from the hospital. -
Collision meshes for levels
I have schematics for 18 levels for a side scrolling platformer that I want to block out collision meshes for, but since I'm not building for a specific engine yet, will I be able to create the meshes in a 3D app (3ds max or Silo) and drop them into the engine later on for gameplay prototyping? Or are there specific tools… -
