Bevel creates an error on the left and cuts a bit out of the geometry. I tried to then get rid of ngons but as soon as I pressed enter it created another error. Yep im really confused and would love to hear from anyone who knows why this happens because it would help a lot in the future. Thanks
Hi all, I've started work on a new character for a sci-fi indie game. I have completed a concept sketch and sculpted figure. I am currently retopoing the mesh and will post a low poly mesh in the near future. Let me know what you think. ***image removed***
Hello Polycount ! It's my first post here, what do you think about my latest piece ? Model in Max, texture and render in Substance Painter. I pratice to become a Props/Environment artist in the future. Would love C&C ;) . Thanks ! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/PnB88
Yo! Here's my bird I made in school as a personal project. It's suppose to be some kind of critter in a fantasy setting. Small and cautious, it's mostly harmless on it's own, but in larger groups it's a different matter... Crits and comments more than welcome since i plan to use it in my future protfolio. Peace y'all…
Hi everybody, my name is Julio and I'm new over here, I bring you the teaser of our first short called "Hope", It's made completely in Blender. Our goal Is to make a 10 min film in the future. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmHDa4m8Gtc Any feedback is welcome!
I finished up the body today, I really appraciate the artist who did the concept, and I love the character too, hopefully you guys enjoy it I will try to post more in the future! Here is the characters time lapse video on youtube: https://youtu.be/h3C1QylV8mQ
I've got a texture map set up at 512 x 256 and was hoping to bake a curvature and position map in Painter. Right now it looks like I'm only able to select a 1:1 ratio for baking. Is there a way to change that or maybe it's coming in a future update? Thanks!
Crit's welcome throughout the whole sketchbook. For the immediate future, the majority of this work will be for mobile phone development, so dont expect sculpts for a long time ;) Sorry if the images come out too large, kinda new to the whole forum thing. Just some assets for an iPhone game me and a few buddies are working…
Hello. This my recent project for job portfolio. :-) This is my reference art: Reference modeling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z6GunNKpSI This is so far what I've done: This is not done yet. However, I would like to upload all of process for the future students' sake. :-)
You should focus first on nailing the planes of the face, proportions of the face, and the bony landmarks of the face. Asaro Head is a pretty good reference to emulate. It'll be boring, but you'll be able to learn your foundations better, and that'll carry into future work.
