Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Two movies of the technology behind the game(the Euphoria engine) have been released.Sorry for the dutch link,i couldn't really find it on an english site,but basicly they say what the movies are about. Next gen Star Wars IMO this gives a new meaning to "next-gen". Could be alot of fun messing with those stormtroopers ahah. -

my idea is actually the other way around, being able to edit/comb these and then baking those into a texture. painting flow maps is just really cumbersome :) because on stylized hairstrands its a looooot of strokes, a looooot of blending things, while its just a few vertices/normals to bend -
