seems that the dominance war 3 site is down.. was anybody able to see it last night and check out the rules?

no. the briefs are not up yet.
the thread titled Dominance War 3 is a couple threads below this one.
I think Fred is actually putting it up right now hence the site being down. Also, tonz of people visiting the site might be slowing the whole process down too.
