If you do it in 3dsMax you have to manually (use the Pack UVs) separate the uvs so they dont stack on top of each other. A game engine will take care of that for you when you instance objects.

Hi guys, title is the question. I saw an amazing video of someone using bodypaint in Cinema 4D and saw some plguins for 3DSmax that allows it. Is there a way to do projection painting for maya? Even if it includes Photoshop. It would be pretty useful and interesting to use. Thanks!

Another ridiculously basic problem, for some reason my 3dsmax manipulator where u can drag along the axis to move/scale/rotate has vanished and I can't seem to get it back. Replaced by something much more dull and hard to use :/

Im using 3dsmax 11. I have a model that is not recieving correct lighting.its just black. I tried reseting xform and collapsing but it does not work. Im in smooth and highlights view. I threw a light in there and still no change. any ideas?
