2 new dell budget IPS monitors (23 inch - $300)

Maya UV and Opacity Map (Make holes) – Need Help
Hi, I am try to experiment with UV opacity map to make holes in a cylinder (bluetooh device), like the image I provided. When I made the uv the holes at the end of cylinder it goes too small unlike the image reference. How to achieve effect like this, and is there any work around that help? Any help I appreciated.
