So I installed Marmoset Toolbag 1.04 and have been playing around in it I still can't figure out how to do a render in there but I have set up my lights, materials, background, etc If anyone is more pro than me please comment with a link or some help on how to actually render a scene. I have my setup but I can't see a…
I've created a terrain using Vue. I exported it to Maya and rendered using mental ray. To my surprise, I got really different results from what I was originally getting inside Vue. Then I rendered it in 3dS Max (also using mental Ray) to check if the file was corrupted, and achieved similar(but somewhat more washed out)…
by render window, i think he is expecting there to be something like scanline render or mental ray, and to ansswere your question ArchieVision you cant, VW is purley meant for modeling no rendering, so to render a scene move it to a other package or use a standalone renderer
The render quality isn't due to the laptop performance if it's rendered in unbiased (bucket) way. In this case, If the laptop performance isn't enough, it will simply not render at all. Only if it gets rendered in biased or progressive way that the performance may interfere. What software are u using as a renderer?
I have been creating several renders and putting into practice the visual style of TF2, and it turns out quite well. I think I'm going to start making the renders.
sounds like a great idea, i would also say that splitting exercises into small chunks and sharing assets in-between would also be great. could be set-up like the concept tag, eg highpoly(?)-texture(?)-render(?)-finishedpeice (by ?,?,?)highpoly(?)-texture(?)-render(?)-finishedpeice (by…
Finally calling this one done! Did mainly study on lighting, rendering and UE5. Textures 2048 x 2 and rendered with Lumen. Based on the book "The Day After Roswell." My references and breakdown:
MODO 11 | Render Presets This video a quick introduction to Render Presets in MODO. Render presets enable you to create and save custom render settings as presets to reuse in future scenes. http://www.pixelfondue.com/blog/2017/5/1/modo-11-render-presets
What you're looking as is the *render preview* not the render output. The render output is defined in the RTT options, you pick where the files are saved and the resolution etc. Open THOSE files, not the render preview.
