Hi. I recently made a low poly terrain and textured it with a rather small texture of grass (512x512) and tried to make it look hand-painted. What I can correct with it? Thank you for your time. :)
Hello, I'm working on this game-ready Sig Sauer MPX model with custom parts and I'm just about finished with texturing. I'll be creating a DBAL-3 laser device for the gun as well that I haven't finished producing a low-poly model of, so I figured while I'm doing that I can gather opinions on my progress so far. I'm…
Looking good so far. Grass is ridiculous hard to make look right (from my experience). For my scene, I just ended up doing leaf cover/clovers. I'm skilled with traditional textures, acquainted with normal-mapping&co., and I'm generally aiming for the complete 3D trade-skill set for the future. My website is - http://www.planetquake.com/skingun Thanks for…
Hey guys, following scenario: I have a game asset that I scuplted, baked and textured but now want to retexture by polypainting. Is it possible to bake the colors (approximately) from the lowpoly UVed/textured model to the highres sculpt to use as a base for polypainting? Or do I have to start at the beginning again?
