I imported some custom images. In the editor they appear fine, once cooked and in game they are pitch black. You can go up to them and fire your weapon and the image will light up. What setting can cause this?

i tried changing the units and everything ive tried from 501 doesn't seem to do anything in UDK. no matter what my object is always about 100 times smaller. i just wish this would work with fbx, there would be no problems then.
