We just got back from our 10 day trip to the UK and we had a blast. I fell in love with Edinburgh pretty bad - its the most beautiful city I've been too so far. I'm a sucker for age & history and it certainly has it. We literally just got back an hour ago so I don't have any pics up yet, so instead here are some…
I’m experiencing a baking artifact and have tried various solutions but haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause. If anyone can help me identify the issue, I’d really appreciate it! Bit of advancement on the clothes, tried to do the catsuit on Marvelous Designer but the results were pretty uninteresting, the gloves were a total overkill to do with a pattern and very slow. The boots went better, as the simulation gave a pretty good sculpting base. During retopology, for both pieces of clothing I tried…
Using a higher polygon lowpoly doesnt change anything. neither does subdividing the highpoly further. I tried using zremesher, but it destroys the rim around the middle by flattening it out.

I've used…
not sure what the difference to you is. bevel is just support edges? and going from a tri bevel to a quad bevel is just an option in modifier settings and results in pretty much the same result as support loops? doing these manually is more or less a rare edge case since quite some time now? your way absolutely works, if…
Thanks pmiller and Tim, i am still working on it, i am redoing all the dirt as its really unnatural, i will see how i can fix the geo issue, ill probablly remove some of the front tank tracks as well if not all of them as i prefeer to add some texture detail up there in the front. I will play around with that once i am…
I am trying to achieve peeling wallpaper effects in Substance Designer. I have shared my basic setup where I have a graph of floral pattern, paper texture, and concrete plaster. I want to have concrete material underneath my wallpaper, but I couldn't achieve that. Below I shared my setup. In the marked area, I am supposed…
