Hello, I'm having some troubles trying to use Quixel Suite on my home machine, and any help would be appreciated. :) System Details: * Windows 10 * Photoshop CC Trial * Quixel Suite 1.8 Steps: 1) Open Photoshop CC + Quixel Suite 2) Open dDo 3) Load Mesh into Mesh slot (.obj, triangulated) 4) Load colour ID (.tga) 5) Load…
mmm, well I've had lights breaking when trying to use the mats customize utility to setup a scene once or twice, if that could never happen that would be great, it used to also get "lost" behind that preview sphere (you could click) to put the light behind the object, which kind sucked the 1st few times. Forget why i had…
Hey @SSaling - from the main dDo window, open the dDo menu -> Add New Map -> Opacity. Anything in this map that is white will be opaque, anything black will be transparent.
Whenever I try to get a new DDO Project going, I add a mesh and colour ID and press done, to be greeted with error 8800 saying my red channel of merged layer of "picture.png" is not currently available. It then says Line: 19867 -> executeAction( id54, desc11, DialogModes.NO ); I have used DDO loads of times without this…

So I made a house with a roof. textured it nicely and DDO did a good job but when i preview it and spin it around, I see that it's either in "single sided mode" or the other side of my model is missing. I mean I look at the roof and it's good but then I spin it around and look at it from below and it disappears. Ideas?
A bunch of screenshots have been added to the gallery. I did a bunch of random city assets including some lamps and the bridges, random items and instruments npcs are holding and some other stuffs. I also did a large amount of the set decorations for the bluish colored dungeons. The sarcophogi and statues and things. The…
i don´t think you´re doing something wrong I think you´ve found a bug in DDO. We´re looking in to it right now, but for now I guess the solution for you is to create the project first and then add the materials manually. What I usually do is I use 3DO and the C+shift+leftclick command to access the material library, then…
@fredriklars thank you! I have a set of decals (with POM) planned for the terrain, I'll try to add them after painting the landscape or in next stages and see how it looks @aumramaram well it takes me a few hours up to a day tops for most complex stuff until I go to texturing since I skip high/low/baking and just model the…
