I was wondering if anyone ahd encountered a bug where you can paint weights on certain bones? I have a CS rig with extra roll bones. I can paint the weights for normla bones fine, but with the roll bones SOMETIMES SOME VERTS wont be painted. It looks like it only happens when the vert shares 2 roll bones.
I vouch for 16 bit too, but sometimes, some engines will spit errors at you if you do try that, so always try and work in a 16 bit environment, but be prepared to revert back to a 8 bit in your final steps.
hey dont know if this is possible. say i bake out a light map with a second uv set, then i go in and texture the object with the first uv set. i make a dx lightmap shader so that i can view them together. is there a way to get those to view as one in a render? anyone would know that would help me a ton! thanks in advance.
