I have no idea what exactly happened in here. All I want to say is that, though it seems like it, polycount is not 4chan with a 3dart focus. 4chan has a 3d board, if any of you are interested in going there instead.

Welp, drunk on Polycount seems like a good way to ring in the new year :) As far as goals go, it's definitely to stop sucking at 2D art which will hopefully feed back into improving my 3D art ^^
I am talking about surveys of developers about what they use, not what they have installed. Even on polycount, a survey posted here back in April had 3DS Max and Maya basically equal in usage.
