This is progress so far. I am using Maya for all my texturing and for some reason the UVs on the wheels of the Stug III are not straight, making the wheels look stretched....I can fix this but I am not sure relic can use it if i alter the UV they have provided me... can anyone help answer this question. Just started a new portfolio piece, and just doing the initial blockout. So this is going to form the basis of the low poly, my next step will be.. First actual work post, be brutal - crit anything you see. Just finished up the lowpoly, unwrap and bake headaches tomorrow. Low-res is about 2850 tris. For an indie shooter. The magazine is pretty awful if you ask me, but it's hardly gonna get seen so I'm not too bothered.
