I had a free week between semesters, and because I have wanted to explore more stylized stuff, I bought a tutorial on how to create a stylized sword prop by Sabrina Echouafni on Flipped Normals. As someone who is still relatively new to sculpting, I like stylized stuff because it is more forgiving, and I can just have fun…
I just recently re-designed my site and got some of my more recent work up there. Feel free to critique the site, models/textures, or whatever you want. I'd like to know what everyone thinks about my stuff, and if it's up to standards. I'm currently looking for employment as a Character Artist. MattLink3d.com Thanks

For this project I will try a more detailed approach and not go for optimized. Thanks a lot for the…
Thanks everybody, Im glad to see Im not off my nut. I should have been clearer on a few things which wouldnt have painted it in such a negative light. I do want to be very clear, this is a great job, and I like working here VERY much. It provides for my family well and I have MUCH creative and technical freedom which I…
Dear people of Internetland, I have a folder on my computer with the intruiging name of "To sort before I die". While I'm sure some would see that as proof of my procrastinating nature, I like to look at it and think "So far, so good!" and everytime I actually go in there and sort something out, I think "Good job" to…
It is possible to create an action that copies and flips half of the canvas but it will have many limitations such as drawing on one layer only and manual update (this means you should draw a line or two, then press a button assigned to that action in order to update.)
