Anyone of you know anything about the "Fantasy Engine"? A real time engine with GI, subdivision surfaces and displacement mapping? Sounds great but I want to see a whole game running in this engine, the demos just show one character in a desert. http://www.fantasylab.com/newPages/FantasyEngineFeatures.html Interviews:…

that jet engine looks brand spanking new to me. With the rest of it looking so worn that engine should have some wear and tear. Look up some jet engine pictures. Usually the heat discolors the metal a bit.
looking good! Maybe it would be helpful to paint height maps and use a utility to derive normals from those? e.g. Substance Designer or I believe the engine library even has a material function for that.
Hey everybody, my name is Fahd and i'm new to to unreal engine as well as polycount. my question is, is it possible to create cinema 4d & octane type art ( mostly still renders) wihtin unreal engine? if so, what are some good ressources to get started. Thank you!
Texture atlasing is to get rid of the pause where the engine has to stop to change textures/shaders when rendering polygons. It's not always the texture fetch that causes this as it may just be that the engine always pauses between polygons with a different shader/texture on them. It's highly engine specific as different…
i can make lectures on engineering mathematics and differential equations .... and some topics on engineering . actually it's disprating a little .... but no problem
