You can make a menu with UDK Kismet with some trick. Fast & Easy. I make this for my UDK school project (this year). If you are not good with Flash and AS, leave Scaleform. I think it's a waste of time (POV). EDIT: I find some preview of my menu.

Hey guys, maybe somebody can help me. I'm playing with UDK Cascade and did some FX. They show up in the cascade window, where i can work on them and move like I want. But as I throw them into the level, they are not there not in Game mode not if I play it. I've also rebuilt lightning. Thank you!
