UDK Cloth Issue - Help!
Having an issue in UDK with the cloth sim: the banners I have bounce a lot on starting the level and then calm down to a normal sway, but after about 20 seconds they begin to bounce around again... I have a video showing it:

It's at around 28 seconds that the banner begins to bounce again. Any ideas as to why it's doing that?
