Not sure if this is the best forum to post this in, but I know there are a few tech people of these boards! Here is a small sample of some of my work done during Gears of War 3. Hope you guys dig. Thanks! http://vimeo.com/jernst/gears3reel
Hey, everybody. A quick preface to this model: In 2010, I finished a fun Unreal Tournament 3 skin of a 'roided out Epic Games founder and CEO, Tim Sweeney, as if he existed in that universe. It functioned as a test to get myself used to the workflow of putting Zbrush-level detail into a game model. As a first pass, it…
Greetings all! I would love some feedback and advice on this WIP I have. This is the first "big" thing I've tried in modo and the first time I've tried using subD's. At the moment I am only trying to create a good looking model. Later on I might try and make a game version of it. I would also like to try…

The idea is that the final will have a few small animations and ready to be game-ready. Next up is doing the details and rigging. So that's coming soon. Any comments or critiques are welcome!
I'm finally getting some time with ZBrush2. I went through the tutorials and yesterday started screwing around on my own. Here's what I've got so far. Overall I'm digging the software, though there are a few bones of contention. I hope to texture this guy (but then I always say that). All comments welcome.
