My biggest criticism is that you've posted this up so late that nobody can really help you with it. If you'd have posted earlier while working on the high poly, we could have given you feedback and fixed the anatomical problems. But now it's too late.

All of post effects doesn't work on viewport like bloom , sharpen even the Global Illumination doesn't work too. But I can see the effect on the capture image, is there any switch that I can change the setting? ty for helping :3
It definitely won't let you compare 1-to-1 exactly. You can try creating a camera to view an angle closer to the original camera. But I think you'll just have to eyeball it. Real-world cameras have barrel distortion and other artifacts that most 3d cameras don't have (unless you put a ton of effort into it).
