Hello! I was talking to a environment artist and she said I should have an artstation over my own portfolio. Is this true? Are companies okay with receiving portfolios from artstation? In the illustration world you need your own portfolio most of the time. So I don't know.
That is not an Artstation portfolio site. To get to this you need to go on My Artstation-->Manage pages. There you will get to add images and edit your portfolio. You can access your portfolio via the my website button in the My Artstation dropdown.
