This is my first attempt at a head model. Done in Max 7, and man it is a real change from guns.. Weighing in at 976 triangles, I would like to map it all, alpha the har and such. Let me know about the mesh.
Hey, I'm trying to improve my anatomy skills. I work as prop/environment artist, but I like to work on creature/character busts on my freetime. This is my first real try on female head. What do you think? Any major changes I should do?
He guys I have made a topology for a scanned head and I'm now looking for some feeback to this topology. What do you think? Is there some room for optimization? Cheers - starcow
just getting back into some cg and this is what i come up with head is about 570 tri's and the texture is a 512 all hand painted not finished yet i got to figure out how to p[aint a decent metal and fix the seems if anyone wants to have a go at a texture ill release a sdk
Dhakad It's an head study, I was inspired from "God of War" for this, as you can see, but I have also put some of my liking in this as well. I hope you like it. I am working on it's texures, i will share more update on this thread now. Thanks and have a great day guys!
any crits, comments, paintovers, or people offering to do it for me, are very welcome... actually i DO want to do it myself, i'm just pissed at how much harder than male heads it is.
