I am structuring a new approach to the 3D side of a BTEC Level 3 Games course. I would love to hear from the community: hobbyists, students, those in industry, other lecturers and so forth, as to what they believe is the best method to learning 3D from scratch in a classroom - or their experiences in doing so.
Much progress was made after 3 weeks, adding the weapons, a gun and a spear/sword, render in toolbag, add a base for a diorama, with some little props, and thruster fx on the back
Pretty normal for cascade shadows to have artifacts like this. You'll often see this kind of gap/artifact on hats in video games from the last 2 or 3 generations. You might be able to design around it by making the windows their own model with depth going into the wall.
