sheesh, go to the beach on an overcast day at 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) and you'll get a sunburn, clouds don't block UV rays. -

Heh, I'd also check Craigslist vancouver if your really cheap shopping for a monitor. I found a 21" Sony/Dell CRT for $60 bucks
