Hey, I want to sculpt a head, but it is in a rotated position so I need poseable symmetry. Now I need to dynamesh it because I stretched it. After dynameshing though, the poseable symmetry isn't possible anymore. Any solutions?
Note, the Dynamesh number is relative. It depends on the size of the subtool. Small subtool at 100 dynamesh would be totally destroyed. Whereas very very big subtool dynameshed at 100 might still be too dense.
also... Here is a new Zbrush script I have been working on. Smart Dynamesh. This script takes the guess work out of getting an acceptable poly density with DynaMesh. No more moving the Dynamesh Resolution slider around and repeatedly undoing to get polygons you want. The script will create a Dynamesh near the "Target…
Hi guys, im wondering what the best workflow with zbrush is for character design, do you still make base meshes and then work on that, zspheres or dynameshing? Which do you think is the most useful and are there disadvantages to dynameshing? Thanks.
Hey all I'm trying to combine three pieces I did in maya, separate objects and dynamesh them together but whenever I dynamesh, at 2048 resolution, it just creates a really low poly version. What gives?
Hi guys, I started to use Zbrush recently and I have a problem with DynaMesh, every time I try to DynaMesh my model it fills the holes in it. this is the model After I use DynaMesh as you can see the hole is closed so I did some research and what I found that I have to go to preferences then set the DynaMesh colse hole…
