Maya 2012 change border edge colour?
Is it possible to make border edges a different colour. I know that you can make them thicker than regular edges, but I'd like them to be a different colour. -

Camera Setup MAYA 2012

max 2012 uv pelt vs peel?
Whats the difference, It looks like pelt "relaxes" (haha) the uvs more. However what concerns me is how this will effect texturing. In other words which option would be better for hand painted textures? -
Max 2012 - Alpha Render Issue?
The viewport shows my alphas properly, but when I render I am getting a white halo around the edges. I have switched renderers between scanline, mental ray, and V-Ray and I get the same result everytime. Any ideas? -
Mental ray in Maya 2012
I was thinking, when I do a render and my output window shows up telling me what it is doing and it says my version of Mental Ray is from Feb 2 2011 and that sounds kind of old. Is there a newer version out and if so how do i get it and what does it add? Thanks
