Does anyone know how to get the tools pop up editor back. It seems to have vanished from my Maya 2017. It's most frustrating! I've been having a hunt around on Google but i'm not actually sure what its called. I'm hoping its an option / short cut rather then a reset maya preferences situation.
My question is pretty straightforward. Is there a "shell modifier" in XSI and Maya like in 3DS Max? I am just watching the Alec Moody video on making the brief case, and he uses this to add thickness to an empty shell. I don't know why, but for some things my maya bake turns out better than the xnormal one. Specifically for the parts where there are hardened edges with the UV seams.
