I really like Shock's suggestion. Looks much much better without those eyelids and with some fur around it instead. A lot more natural than your current version.
I'm not sure how I feel about the blue in juggs color pallet, I do like the set though, really slick design. In reguards to the scaling issue, I remember someone mentioning the files from the website are old, its best to decompile jugg from the game.
Also the animations on the courier came out great, really fantastic work. If I'm being nitpicky, the death anims both feel a bit floaty, but overall it's great!
Wow man, you're a BEAST!
Just looked through this whole thread and man, I wish I could produce such quality items as quickly as you
Great stuff.
BTW a little crit o the latest concept: I think the reason why many people have issues with the horn is that it looks like it will fall off. Try making it longer towards the back of his head. The center of mass will be shifted back and it should look more natural that way
AndrewHelenek: thank you:), glad you like it
Vovosunt :ty , well , the horn is intended to look heavy , as all the set ; I wanted to give him some weight ;
edit: I will most likely going to make a more standard "stlye" to the horn after the feedback on the workshop:)
Making a set with Pipotchi ;I've finished baking it and added a bit of color. Starting to work on the texture soon
the theme is of a forest/earth nimph http://i.imgur.com/M1kgLmz.jpg
edit: just got my gryphon courier accepted , and updated the first page of this thread
May be i'm wrong, but this set is very similar to this.
I actually like it very well. You just exploded the eye color, or basically the least used color. There are a lot of sets that done that (Thousand Faces set for Juggernaut comes to mind) and were fine in Valve's book. Though community wise, I guess you will get similar, with all due respect, to agito666's reaction.
in terms of design and color i like it. it makes puck exotic and lifts him visuel up from the other workshop entrys. but also it breaks the color palette of the hero alot and a dota newcomer may be unable to identify the hero propper.
That Warlock concept is pretty awesome, but I agree that his shoulder spikes feel a bit too tall, and make him have a very similar silhouette to Shadow Demon, so watch out for that. Otherwise, I like the overall spikiness and shapes of the forms on him
FudgieWudgie: Initially no , I couldnt find anything interesting yet , as with the staff wich I will probbably rework/modify .
mollsie : ty , I managed to bake the robe part so far ( I am in the middle of college exams ) ; gotta sculpt the lantern , and make the staff a bit more interesting aswell before baking those too .
update : finished importing it and finnaly finished with all my exam and college experience:) .
I will make a promo pic on monday or so and submit it then:)
