update : I modified a texture from a hammer I made for Omni knight due to the fact of his color schem change (and me not liking the old one that much) .
update : I am on the sculpting phase on the pugna set . Still figuring out the head slot ( I dont want someting to take the attention form the neck piece)

It looks a bit too clean, I feel. For example, the turquoise is the same hue all over the item which makes it look flat and unlit. Same goes for the feathers/fur that's coming out of the shoulder, no painted in shadow makes it seem sterile.
I really don't like the dragon's face, it looks kinda low quality. The handle seems a bit too busy for me with the strong saturated colors drawing the eye more than the desaturated dragon head.
I feel like it's genenrally a bad idea to make something that exist already and just port it to Dota (i.e. just a generic vampire). mihal, u know i love u and also ur work, but this *thing* is horrible.
it does totaly not fit into dota! the shape is hurting me with that too big head.
the cloth are totaly out of place....
and on top if it it looks like he stole rubics cloak sry mihal.. ii rly hate him
I gotta agree man, it seems like your overall quality has been decreasing rather than increasing. My favorite pieces of yours are on the first two pages out of 17 (Head Hunter Mask and Wolf Hound Rifle).
I get the impression that you're not challenging yourself anymore with your recent submissions like the Blue Lightning Courier or the Mountainmover Set. Both seem very lazy in design and execution. And it's not just that, in the BH head and Sniper weapon for example, you captured the Dota 2 style pretty damn closely, and now you're moving further and further away from it with your most recent items. When you get valid critiques here on Polycount for example, you only seem to do the absolute minimum or no work at all to address it.I'm not saying these things because I want to hurt you or insult your work, I'm saying them because when you first showed up here, your work seemed really promising and you seem to be a nice guy, but lately I've been very sad to see you go down the route of quantity over quality. I'd really like to see you challenge yourself to create a better quality product instead of trying to shove as much as possible out the doors.
The sketch was made to give the team an idea on what it would be. I agree it looks a bit generic, but I am not going for that ,3d wise

looks like a generic big head SD character from 3d cartoon network like jimmy neutron i can say...
already lose the fantasy land feel of dota, more like originally Vampire story setting already from a city...but courier case i not really sure since anything can be it i think... look at Deathripper...

The mountain mover is Robo's concept ,as for the couriers; There is allot more freedome to those IMO .
The horse for example ; I gave them diferent versions and ideas , but they wanted a simple "dreamy" horse , and I will/did respect they'r ideas/wishes.
This one aswell ; they want a vampire with the face to fit a certain loggo they have , and have a cutie feel/proportions.
I am not going for quantity , I am doing stufs that I think are fun for me to do. I fail here and there , but thats a part of learning I recon , and I definetly not expecting to get everything in.

Yeey , I'm finnaly on holyday from work . I finished the pugna set ; still have to make the promo stuffs .
