Hi!
I'm a computer graphics student currently working on my thesis in computer science and at the same time working at a smaller game company. I've been frequenting the wiki alot lately and thought that i should finally make an account.
Hi! I'm 3D/2D artist & animator from Finland. I have been working in the game industry for two years now. I want to learn more and that's why I joined the forum.
Hello Adam and the Polycount Community. My name is George and am fairly new to Game Asset creation but have been modeling in Blender for over 3 years. I.ve recently purchased softwares such as nDo2, dDo, and Marmoset Toolbag. I'm probably going to have questions about Toolbag, but before I ask anything, I've got some studying to do. I'm retired from the work-force now, so I can dedicate my time, for the most part, to learning how this business works, and I'm looking forward to maybe, some future collaboration.
Hello, i'm new here! I have been following the Noob Challenge 7 and will be posting my WIP as soon as I am able! It's great to be here with so many talented people.
Just a dude tryin to make it in this mixed up and crazy world. Modeling and sculpting help to bear with the times and appear...as close to normal as I'm ever goin to get.
Hello there! I'm Can from Turkey and I am interested in character modeling both for games and cg films. Have been checking great news and inspiring stuff from polycount for a long time, decided to introduce myself. And I guess this is the thread to activate posting comments, right?
I've known about this website for a while (ever since it became popular via TF2 polycounts). Right now, my focus is on modeling for Dota 2 (and TF2 by extension), but I really want to start making games from the ground up. I admire what the old developers during the NES-N64/PS1 era did, and I would like to bring that same feeling back to the gaming world.
I'd eventually like to work at Nintendo, but for now I'm just trying to get a Wii U dev kit for starters. I'd like to use the money from modeling to move closer to school, and to pay for said dev kit.
I look forward to your feedback. I'm not the best artist, but I sure as hell try, that's gotta count for something, right?
