definately a permissions thing... i'll need to continue to work at it maybe ask cheese for a hand. progress is afoot. they do work properly for me, so we're almost there.
The griefer found my small island recently. Only damage was he removed the roof of my hut and stole my boat :poly131:. I guess I didn't have much of value.
Thanks for the mods/plugins r13. At least it'll make their life difficult from now on.
Could I ask a mod a favor? Is there chance I could have some items replaced? I kept all important stuff on me so it couldn't be griefed, but accidentally fell in a lava pit. :poly102:
The main stuff was gold, iron and redstone. Plus a saddle if possible. I was looking forward to trying that out.
Wanted to post a heads up and my bad. I signed on yesterday and a good ol creeper took me out right above someones house with a glass ceiling. As for the rest of the griefing its getting sooooooo old .....sigh

ah that would explain the missing glass near the spawn. r13 fixed it up.
Mistava alerted me to the greifer again. Nothing changed at my place but I found this at Johny6's. There was a trigger at the bottom of the ladder (green box) which I disabled. But I did see the 2 TNT's sneakily hidden beside the collection switch (red box). They went off but did minimal damage. So the circuit has been broken for the music track but its an easy fix.
As you can see I am using a texture hack atm. Until the greifer is found I suggest you guys have a hacked texture ready.
Ah...I was quite suspicious of him/her tbh. Kept logging in and findng him/her snooping around. Lets hope its the right person though. Spose we wont know unless we are greif free.
How are we going to stop sfloyd signing up here a PC under a new account and asking to be whitelisted with a new name. Is there some way we can approve new users?
mistava personally observed him doing naughty things and found a lot of her missing stuff as well as 6's in his chests. He was griefing her place 3-4 times a day. Enough so that she became motivated enough to camp out 24-7 and watch.
as we were discussing this situation in the server, sfloyd actually logged in and I told him he was no longer welcome on the server. his reaction was not to ask why, but rather he immediately tried to kill mistava with fire.
Hehe Thanks! I really wanted to catch that dude! I don't think he liked J6 or me because I think I made a few insults while he was on. He was my number 1 suspect until I could actually prove it with all the stolen goooods. Art helped me bomb his place after o.o;; ... It was delightful.
theres flaming slimes in nether now as well, if they touch you, you burn. Havent seen other mobs there yet but I think all mobs spawn in nether now. Hell hounds as well apparently I've seen a few giants, but whenever I approach them, they just vanish.
Now that we got the griefer. Can we get a new, up to date Map posted please?
Mo creatures mod now has kitties. And all kinds of other awesome creatures. All with toys and food, etc. That can be crafted. Also. Mental ogres that smash shit up and sharks...
Just a thought for the server maybe. Thats if it works in MP.

BTW /list works nicely, and the teleporting is pretty awesome too.
ZacD teleported in to help me build v2.0 of the mushroom farm.
Spawn mob tower is rebuild and working nicely - my new neighbour also helped add another layer.

We can. I was considering taking the file down anyways since it's about two weeks old as it is, and don't currently have a host for it.

the ban hammer fixed that.
Also, screenshots of the crater where his place was? We need to erect a giant golden phalas at that location!
