^^^ agreed. I'm a stickler for quality meat. There's probably only about 30% meat in that mess.
@Justin_Meisse: Pork is the King of Meat imo. Pork Chops would be 6th on my list. I'll have to try the recipe out though. It could elavate it up the charts.
tapeworm in the brain means you somehow ingested feces containing tapeworm eggs, this usually occurs in countries that use human poop as fertilizer (WTF!?)
Occurrences of tapeworms from undercooked pork in the US is so rare, the safe cooking temperature was recently dropped from 160 F (cooked to a dry puck) to 145 F (tender and juicy)
Does anybody here work at Uber? I've been playing a lot of Super Monday Night Combat and every time I eat bacon in real life now I notice it does nothing to improve my speed and other attributes. Should I be eating more bacon?

i'm thinking of trying that hot-dog-wrapped-in-awesome recipe, except i'm going to use uber expensive sausages, thin sliced steak, some blue cheese, and some home smoked bacon.

oh and i prefer lamb over all other meats, if i'm honest.
I ate bacon every day for about 5 months last year. Then I realized the bacon was giving me acne and I had to stop eating it. Someday I will return to you bacon!

holy hell, bacon is a once in a while food! Currently I'll only have bacon at most, once a month (right now I'm 3 months without bacon)
Anybody see the Man v Food Puerto Rico meat platter? I mean Giant steaks with mushroom sauce, I wouldn't need a drink with how much that makes my mouth water.
When I was little and couldn't find anything to eat, I would whip up a mixture of Ranch Dressing and Bacon bits. Get it to about an oatmeal-ish consistancy and add Saltines... Bam! :poly124:

I'm starving all of a sudden.
no pork chops in there!?
Thick cut Pork Chop
brine for 12 hours in mixture of dark beer, about 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup or less salt and some pickling spices
dry rub with some more brown sugar, little bit of salt, pepper, maybe some chili powder
broil each side (about 5-10 minutes per side depending on your oven) until browned and temperature reads 145 F
no precise measurements because it's my own recipe that I keep tweaking.
*Drools*
MAN THIS IS NOT FUCKING FAIRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A) Apparently, it tastes very closely to human flesh.
If not processed/cooked/fumed correctly, your can end up with a nice big fat worm in your body.
B.2) Said worm is actually an egg that hatches only in very warm and soft places, brain, eyeballs, etc being prime examples.
well the first one i dont know, never tried human meat (yet.......... muahahah)
but the second one AFAIK is quite true, indeed whenever i go to a bbq i always ask for my meat to be almost burned up if its about pork. lol

This is a good thing. When the apocalypse comes I'll be prepared to eat whatever I find/kill. And I'll just tell myself its Pork. ;P

Never used to like lamb when I was young but bbq grilled lamb chomps with a frita or ratatouille on a fine evening is great.
I find pork roast/chops dry - probably because I know that shit needs to be cooked.

A boyfriend of my Aunts was a fireman and he said the worst thing about some fires was the strong smell of roasting pork/bodies.
...I'll let myself out.
Lemon caper chicken!
So good. Try it.
A nice Greek roast lamb dinner trumps a steak any day
I had a whopping pilot whale steak about six weeks ago, served blue. It totally gored my potatoes.
Where did you eat whale Ambershee?

I've had kangaroo from the local supermarket before, and wasn't overly impressed.
In a little town called Husavik, right up in the north of Iceland.
