murph, that's gorgeous... imo WoW is still one of the most visually beautiful games out there, and it's all about those textures. I'd love to see a breakdown of the work that went into that set.
@murph : Awesome armor, as usual with WoW some stunning diffuse work. I also really like the style and work in silhouette and shapes. Seems like Pandaria has allowed for a lot of very cool designs that break the "same old routine" that armors could sometimes have in the game. Would love to see some breakdown aswell.
Working a bit on some High Poly to refresh myself and get some fun. A Huuuuggge classic, Gimli's helmet (at least the top of it right now).
Whilst things are a little hectic at work ive put taken a short break from the Bioshock scene to do a little High Poly modelling practice to sharpen up some areas that I feel need improvement. Ive been wanting to make a car for some time and animate it in an environment so I figured id get to work making something at the same time.

I'm currently working on a castle in UDK, here are some WIP shots. I'm having an issue on the first one, where my banner textures are showing up blurry. It is also happening to my tables. Its fine if you get up close, but from this distance, they are all fuzzy. I don't have an LOD on them, and I don't know what could be the issue. Any help will be super helpful.

@Anderson, that's looking good. The biceps look like thin bands and could use some width, and they also appear to be lacking an insertion point under the shoulder. But really looking good.

Nice Teriyaki. Is this based on anything? It reminds me of the book Diamond Age by Neal Stephenson, the opening two chapters. Great book, better than Snow Crash for sure. Again, nice work.

I got inspired by the WoW fan art King Varian Wrynn modeled by Hun Kevin Lee. He mixed stylized hand painted textures and zbrush. so for this character i wanted to try that aswell!
