feel free to call this a stupid question, but where do indie developers find the time!?
I mean they have to have money to cover while their making the game and unless its a relatively large, efficient team I can't see how they can get those results while working other jobs.
well then... Its just I want to get myself off the ground in making games, I'm working on my own engine and I have a few games planned out for the making.
But financially I'm not sure where to go, I've just turned 18 and I left school a year ago. I'm at the very last point at which I can be without a job, but when I have work I'm afraid I won't be able to work on the game engine / the games anymore.
I'm so fucking excited for this project. It's like they beamed "what you most want to see from a highly skilled indie team" right out of my brain. This game needed to be made, and I'm really glad someone as brilliant as Khang is at the helm of it.
This is looking better and better. I was thinking all the shaking would annoy me, but it seems like only the HUD/cockpit shakes, not the actual camera. Can't wait for the beta.
Looks great. Can't wait for this. Really loving some of the sound design on that teaser as well. Dark massive grinding metal sounds and stuff. Love Mech.
Played the alpha recently, it's pretty great already. Some issues with feedback (aaahhh who's shooting at me and from where? am I even shooting??), slightly stuttering cockpit-sway-animations.. but man. Come december, it'll be an awesome game, I'm sure.
I got an email saying I need to make a new account but when I click the link and enter my email it just sends me the same email! Anyone else have this?

Sorry pior, i'm not sure I get what you're saying here.
edit: Oh i see, the "09" at the top. I bet he had this world cooking in his head long before they greenlit the project.

Indie purely means they are independent of any publisher ownership. These guys work full time on the game

So the question was kind of personal interest.
Want to hear about the more team-based game types, otherwise I've gone right off this Deathmatch is so boring.
