He might gain something for every back stab. Like more invisibility, running speed (for getaways), or KGB style crits (unlikely).
I don't think the update will be here soon. They have to create and test the functions of the weapons, they may argue/postpone-- we'll see when they're here.
But coming up with effects is still fun though. Maybe we'll guess right about some of them.
Swing speed/cool down between backstabs as the negative on the knife. Some positives possible: +Cloak or +Cloak regen rate or even +Cloak from backstabs.
One negative attribute I've always thought that a knife could have was a smaller backstab angle. It seems possible since the Backburner has a smaller angle than the butterfly knife.
a stat for the milk bottle could be increase resistence for a certain period of time, perfect for crossing the battlefield and building strong bones...
I hope the Scout pistol is more accurate. Something similar to how the Ambassador functions would be sweet (but with only 4 shots since it's a 4 barrel pistol)
Spy's knife could be like the throwing knives from Goldeneye. ...doubt it though.
It would make sense for the Degreaser to throw gasoline at people as the secondary. A lot of people had this effect in their entries, it make sense to the theme, and it gives the Pyro a way to defend that doesn't result in death. (What if you're the last guy on your team )
Negetive? No airblast.
+ Secondary shoots gasoline, motor oil, grease, whatever you want to call it.

Oh god i hope not +Cloak from backstabs. The deadringer is fucking piss annoying already.

But what would this do...? Only thing i can think of is add afterburn, which REALLY isn't a very big issue since almost every map has healthpacks littering the floor on top of medics.
I was thinking she could spray it on the ground and light it on fire. Anyone that steps in it will have constant damage done to them.
People can still stand in it to capture a control point. The lit oil won't do too much damage (sorta like a weak flamethrower) and it would leave them on fire.
I can think of some times this would be effective:
Create a wall to stop invisible spies.
Surround health kits so enemies with low health can not heal.
Place on Control Points for a bit of extra damage.
Block someone's view with a wall of fire. (Makes Headshots on a tanking Engie harder)
It would have to use up a lot of ammo, and replace the airblast.
And it wouldn't be active very long (>15 secs)
Again- It would make sense for the theme and the physical features of the gun.
