I'm a quality analyst/game tester and I decided to join Polycount in hopes of finding a potential employer that could offer me the benefit of working at home.
Hello Guys. Well, here I am, finally posting after almost 3 years of lurking and ogling the great artworks that adorn this place. Anyway, it's an honor to be here and be a part of this wonderful community. Thanks guys. More power to everyone.:)
I am just a guy from Sweden who is studying digital game development on collage, aiming to become a great 2D/3D artist in the future! I think this is the perfect place to come closer to that goal, by learning from others or vice versa!
Hello!
Long time lurker, first time poster. I'm a programmer with a interest in real time rendering. Usually participating in game jams but often without a dedicated "graphics guy"; so time to take matters into my own hands, trying to grow some content skills.
Been lurking for a while, finally joining. I'm currently a 3D Intern and I've been primarily working on 3D printers, but also modelling and texturing for Unity.
Hey, my name's Jacob an aspiring "indy" game developer, looking for feedback and help with 3D stuff and was told Polycount is the go to place for that kind of stuff.. here's a screen of my first game "SquaggleDorf".
Joining the community as a 3D Environment Artist in training. I'm making the switch from realism to stylized and can't ever get enough of critiques. Though I hadn't been a prospective member until recently, I have found some great advice via Polycount Forums in my many hours of random research (primarily about hand painting textures) and find the community to be intriguing, and really informative. I'm eager to get started down the road to improvement as I make my own contributions!
