Hello everyone and thank you for the opportunity to learn in this community! A couple weeks ago I got introduced into the 3D modeling community via Brandon Laatsch's youtube tutorials on how he uses 3DS Max. I found it to be the most fun project I've worked on in ages. I'm looking forward to learning more here, and sharing the ideas I've got with everyone.
what up everyone. I am currently enrolled in school for game production. I want to be a 3D artist and model and texture environment and props. I will be submitting things to get opinions and see where I can improve my work with the help from who ever wants to give it to me. I look forward to contributing and getting feed back from everyone.
Hey, I'm Sam, I'm interested in level design, and I have around 2-3 years experience with UDK. I've visited Polycount a lot recently, so I thought I should sign up Cheers for your time.
I am a designer who has worked in motion graphics for TV in the past. I currently teach at a TAFE college in a small town in Australia. I have 3D experience but always for pre-rendered workflow, not real time game engine stuff. I have also worked with VizRT in my time within TV industry. As part of my work at TAFE as a teacher, (and for personal reasons also) I want to connect more with gaming community and learn more game art specific practices in 3D.
Can't wait to get involved at Polycount to help progress my skills.
I am new to game specific 3D, but not to 3D overall. Have had various experience, but mainly in broadcast TV graphics. Looking forward to getting more game art specific and learning more from this amazing community.
Hi Polycount. I came over to do a search and found I wasn't a member! Thought I was...now I am, I hope. I'm part of a great crew and we're putting together a single player RPG. Hope to see you around the forums.
Hi all, new here. I'm actually a concept artist for a video game company and I've started using 3D to help me with translating my concepts better. I'm also working on a little pet project myself. So hopefully I'll be able to progress with your help.
I'm quite new to modeling, and would like to learn more about it. I'm very excited to get to know some of you more experienced modelers, so I hope to see you on the forums!
