Good Morning.. I'm a Programmer currently living and Freelancing in Berlin, Germany. I'm not exactly an artist but I feel this could be a good place to find some in case I need (paid) help on my projects
Hi all! My name is David Black, and I am currently a Project Art Director at Firaxis Games. My most recent shipped title is XCOM : Enemy Unknown, where I served as Lead Technical Artist and worked with polycount's own Zack Fowler on constructing the 'Ant Farm' HQ. I've been lurking on polycount for many years, and I can't wait to begin contributing to this fantastic and highly skilled community.
So nice to be here! I'm a 3D game artist student. And I hope to learn a lot from all the experienced folks out here! And Maybe one day help someone with a problem. xD

Hi. I'm a level designer, but being the brave soul and heart of a knight and/or demon/vampire/Vlad I am also a 3d "artist". "Artist" and not artist because I don't do art. At least not very well. Nor is my 3d that good, so there's that too.
What I lack in skill, knowledge, will and resource I make up for in stupidity, luck and uncontrollable violence towards the machines (and sometimes the gears too).
I hope I get to post some of the work I've done (Hah! Hahaha! Mwahaha! "Work") and tell you a bit about my process (I like talking more than working) and maybe, some day, I will blossom into the 3d God I was always meant to be. Or be ignored by.
Like, obviously I will help if I can, but probably you all know more about 3d than I know about the back of my hand. I mean, I am not entirely sure what the "back" of a hand is, I always assumed that the back was on the side of my torso that wasn't "belly", but we live and we learn.
And that is my point. We live and we learn. And I hope I can learn something from you, and share other knowledge with you.
Hi all. Going to school for game art (first year, have been modelling for ~9mos and digital painting the last few months.) Always looking to improve my skills as a digital painter and 3d modeller. Here's my WIP Space Marine (there are problems with scale and proportion as part of the project was to not trace the reference art.) Looking forward to posting more soon.
Ohai Polycount, Postin' this as my activation post, been browsing through the forum from time to time and thought it was about time to start an account here despite the amount of times I have wanted to tear my own face off at the sight of the quality of the produce posted to this forum, Great work everyone.

I've referred to polycount too often to count so far, so actually being able to post on here would be beneficial as well, I figure.
I am a newbie in 3d & zbrush working on developing exceptional 3d skills to get my dream job.

Nice to meet you all.
