thought your name was murloc for a second and I got all upset, then I realized it wasn't.
Hate those fishy f'ers
MGS on 360.
I wouldn't mind having a controller free navigation in my dashboard.
Not sure about playing games with it though. Similar to how I feel about the Wii.
and its still not over
buggy as hell, but still a step in a very neat direction.
oh wow, i take that back. Ricochet looks like it detects motion really well.
Pretty neat, but like I read on a few sites, Kojima never said the word exclusive, which I'm sure Microsoft would be flaunting like crazy if it was.
wonder how much of it was canned. I could believe the water portion, but everything else, not so much.
Though, that would make for an awesome adventure game! Dreamfall 3 please!
Holy crap...we did the same thing! The rig totally got jacked up.
I think the system most likely relies heavily on silhouette and has issues when the motions are contained within the silhouette. Like when he panned through titles he made very obvious hand motions outside his torso's silhouette.
I guess we'll just have to see wait and see how solid this stuff really is.

Seriously out of all the announcements so far the L4D2 its the most wtf. Where is the valve support for the first one. Why drop another game so soon? Why not give it the valve update goodness like they do with TF2. It just seems odd to me, especially with the release set for November.
(for the record yes, I agree. far too soon.)
EDIT: Gameplay! Looks almost like a joke to me.
Not overwhelming, but a big step up from what I had expected. Now lets see how Nintendo and Sony are able to stack up.
because they are dead in side, that stuff was f@%ing cool. serious balls out tone, cool mission/flashback stuff projecting on the wall, quick beat the f@#$ out of them gameplay = awesome.
I've...never actually played through any of the Splinter Cell games.
(bows head in shame)
Hmmm, I dunno... I found the Natal announcement pretty damn impressive!!! It sounds like it's a wii-killer, finally full motion controlled games without the need for periphals! http://kotaku.com/5274317/
OMG EA's conference is just for girls !!! LOL
And it's on 360. Isn't this something that was supposed to never happen. Kojima walks out and announces a metal gear game for 360. OMFG!
"Wii-killer" is a bit far. Especially since this is just a peripheral at the moment. If Natal proves to be decently popular, Microsoft's best move would be to have a "Natal 360 bundle." Package the Natal camera up with an Arcade 360 and the best 1st party software that works with the Natal. Sell it for $250. That would be the 360's best shot at a Wii-killer package.
As it is, Microsoft's biggest challenge for the Natal is getting developers to working with it. Adding Natal support to the XNA framework would probably be a big step in the right direction. The indie scene where experimental ideas are more common could really do some incredible things with something like this.
